Warren Buffet's Rule number 1 is Return on Capital is much better than Return of Capital.

If you are dealing with investors, you must have their best interest at heart. In order to allow that to happen, the deal you invest in must be Amazon proof.

The deal must have the ability to add value so you are Increasing your equity but at the same time decreasing your gearing.

You have to have income Day 1 so you can pay Dividends Day 1, or a loan interest Day 1 to your investor.

This Rule Number 1 is the key for everything.
